Reporting an issue

A verified, monitored public support address has not yet been published. This page states that limitation rather than directing messages to an unverified mailbox.

Calculation corrections

When a reporting channel is published, the most useful report will include the calculator name, selected mode and units, non-sensitive input values, expected result, observed result, and a source supporting the correction.

Privacy and security

Do not send passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in a correction report. Urgent personal, medical, financial, or safety needs should be directed to an appropriate qualified service, not this website.

Channel status

This page will list a contact method only after the channel is configured and monitored. Until then, CalmCalc does not claim to offer direct support or a guaranteed response time.
