Privacy

What happens to your information

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser unless a feature clearly needs an external service. CalmCalc does not require an account to use its catalog.

Calculator inputs

Ordinary calculator values are computed in the browser and are not intentionally sent to CalmCalc servers. Local files selected for encoding or decoding are processed in the browser. Avoid entering sensitive personal information because no web interface can guarantee risk-free use.

Browser storage

Favorites and recently opened tools may be saved in local browser storage so they remain available on the same device. Clearing site data removes those preferences.

External services and advertising

The currency tool requests published exchange-rate information from an external rate provider through CalmCalc’s server endpoint. It does not need the monetary amount you enter to retrieve a rate. Google AdSense may receive device, cookie, IP-address, and usage information under Google’s policies when advertising scripts are loaded. Browser and consent controls may limit personalized advertising.

Logs and security

Hosting and network providers may retain routine request logs for reliability, abuse prevention, and security. These can include IP address, user agent, requested URL, time, and diagnostic information.

Your choices

You can clear CalmCalc’s local storage through browser settings, block cookies or advertising scripts, and use calculator features that do not require third-party network requests. This page will be updated if data handling materially changes.
