CalmCalc

Editorial policy

Accuracy before promotion

Calculator content should help people understand an estimate without overstating certainty, expertise, or independence.

Sources and claims

Sources are selected for relevance to the method: official agencies and standards bodies first, then primary research or established technical references. CalmCalc does not invent reviewer credentials, endorsements, user counts, or accuracy guarantees.

High-impact topics

Health tools are educational or screening aids, not diagnosis. Finance and tax tools are estimates and must state jurisdiction or timing when those factors affect the result. Construction and engineering estimates do not replace site-specific design or safety review.

Advertising separation

Ads may fund operation of the site, but advertisers do not receive control over tool selection, formulas, results, or editorial conclusions. Sponsored claims will not be presented as neutral methodology.

Corrections and review

Substantive corrections should identify what changed and prompt review of related tests. Attribution to a named professional is added only after a real person has performed and agreed to that review.
